In 2007, in collaboration with Injazzat Real Estate Development Co., Kuwait, the company acquired a labor accommodation building in the Al Muhaisnah area of the United Arab Emirates. Spanning 5,287 square meters, the building consists of two floors and accommodates a total of 401 rooms, which were refurbished in 2010. The project is currently fully leased.
