First Real Estate, in partnership with Dhow Real Estate Company, acquired strategically located land in Al Seef District north of Bahrain City Centre. Acquired in 2008, the land was subdivided into 21 plots covering 510,881 square feet. Capitalizing on the area’s land price appreciation, the company sold thirteen plots totaling 336,203 square feet, generating substantial income. Meanwhile, they retained the remaining eight plots for potential development or trading purposes.
