The company strategically owns 58,222 square meters of land within the Bahrain Investment Wharf project. Aligned with its strategy to maximize income-generating assets, four warehouses were developed on this site, totaling 29,952 square meters. Each warehouse offers units of varying sizes to meet market demands. The development of the last warehouse was completed in 2016, and the project is currently leased at competitive rates.
