Al Yal Real Estate, established in partnership with an associate company in Bahrain, merged and developed three parcels of land in the Al Seef area. Their flagship project, Catamaran Towers, encompasses two residential towers totaling 583 apartments, interconnected by a commercial complex with dining and retail spaces. Additionally, the project features three floors accommodating up to 600 parking spaces. Tower one’s units were successfully sold, while tower two’s units were leased out at competitive rates.
